Chevrolet has introduced a limited-edition Corvette V8 Tourer exclusively for the Japanese market. The production run is strictly capped at 15 units. The vehicle is based on the standard Stingray convertible model and features a specific Red Mist Metallic exterior paint.

The car is powered by a 6.2-liter naturally aspirated LT2 V8 engine, which produces 495 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. This configuration is standard for right-hand drive markets, differing from the powertrain options available in North America.

Pricing for the V8 Tourer starts at ¥21 500 000, which is approximately $135 600. This price point represents a premium of about ¥1 900 000, or $12 000, over the standard Stingray model.

The interior of the vehicle is finished in tan-colored leather, covering the seats, dashboard, and door panels. Exterior design elements include full-length silver racing stripes, chrome badging, and black brake calipers, with color-matched side air vent vanes.
