Chery Group has unveiled the LEPAS Aura, a two-door shooting brake concept car designed for international markets. The vehicle was showcased during a week-long event held at the company's headquarters in Wuhu.

The brand name LEPAS combines the words leopard and passion. According to the company, the design of the Aura is inspired by the muscular, poised stance of a leopard in motion, featuring a long wheelbase, short overhangs, and a wide body.

The Aura features a closed front grille and a rear oval display, both capable of showing customizable patterns, lighting effects, and animations. The front headlights retain the signature leopard-eye design characteristic of the brand.

Positioned above the Jaecoo, Chery, and Omoda brands, LEPAS focuses on a design philosophy of elegant, rounded surfaces without sharp edges. The company plans to incorporate the dark, closed front panel design seen on the Aura into future models.

Alongside the Aura, Chery introduced two new SUV models, the Tiggo X7 and Omoda X, which feature a more rugged design tailored for outdoor lifestyles.
