China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) issued an official statement regarding Huahang Tiante (Fujian) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The state-owned enterprise declared that the company is a fraudulent entity falsely claiming affiliation with the state.
CASC clarified that there is no equity, investment, partnership, or business relationship between the two organizations. The state corporation stated it bears no responsibility or liability for any actions taken by Huahang Tiante.
The corporation, established in July 1999, is managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It serves as a key pillar for national security and aerospace development in China.
CASC advised the public and business partners to exercise caution and avoid engaging with the fraudulent firm to prevent financial losses. The company intends to pursue legal action against those responsible for the misrepresentation.
