Milan-based startup Bynario has secured €2.1 million in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by 360 Capital Partners with additional participation from PranaVentures.

Founded in 2025 by Alfredo Pesoli, Giancarlo Russo, and Lorenzo Cavallaro, the company develops Atlas, an autonomous security platform. The tool scans code, cloud infrastructure, and supply chains to identify and prioritize exploitable vulnerabilities.

Unlike traditional scanners that flag numerous theoretical issues, Atlas focuses on confirming which vulnerabilities are reachable within a specific customer environment. It aims to streamline the process from discovery to remediation.

The startup plans to use the new capital to expand its engineering team and further develop the platform for enterprise clients. The company currently employs seven people.

360 Capital Partners manages over €700 million and holds a portfolio of more than 80 companies. PranaVentures, which recently merged with P101 SGR, oversees a platform with more than €600 million in assets.
