BYD has reached a production milestone of 10 million vehicles within its Dynasty lineup. The flagship Da Han sedan, which is set to launch on October 13, marks this achievement as the company continues its expansion into the premium automotive market.
The Da Han sedan features a length of 5,256 mm and a wheelbase of 3,130 mm. Its all-electric variants are equipped with DiSus-A dual-chamber air suspension, flash charging, rear-wheel steering, and a LiDAR-based driver-assistance system.
Pre-sales for the Da Han EV began on August 21 with prices ranging from ¥249,900 to ¥299,900. The rear-wheel-drive models offer a CLTC range of 1,008 km, while the all-wheel-drive version provides 880 km of range.
In August, the Dynasty lineup recorded 170,842 vehicle sales, representing a 13.88% year-on-year increase. Despite this growth, cumulative sales for the first eight months of the year reached 1,045,805 units, reflecting a 13.15% decline compared to the previous year.
