BYD has officially launched the Da Han EV, a new flagship sedan that expands the company's Dynasty lineup. The vehicle is available in three variants, with prices ranging from ¥235 900 to ¥275 900. These final prices are between ¥14 000 and ¥24 000 lower than the pre-sale figures announced in August.
The sedan features a 102.3-kWh second-generation Blade Battery. The rear-wheel-drive models offer a CLTC range of 1 008 kilometers, while the all-wheel-drive version provides 880 kilometers. The vehicle supports flash charging, which allows the battery to reach 97 percent capacity in 9 minutes.
Performance specifications vary by drivetrain. The rear-wheel-drive variants produce 370 kW and accelerate to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. The all-wheel-drive model features a combined output of 570 kW, achieving the same speed in 3.3 seconds. Standard equipment includes dual-chamber air suspension and rear-wheel steering.
The Da Han EV is equipped with the God's Eye B LiDAR-based driver-assistance system. Interior amenities include Nappa leather upholstery, zero-gravity front seats, and a 31-speaker Devialet audio system. BYD is currently offering trade-in subsidies of ¥10 000 for existing owners and ¥6 000 for others.
