The analytical agency TelecomDaily has ranked Beeline's beeGPT service as the leader in accessibility for artificial intelligence tools. The service achieved a score of 90.12 out of 100 on the agency's objective convenience index, surpassing eight other consumer AI services available on the Russian market.
The study evaluated nine platforms, including offerings from Sber, Yandex, T-Bank, VK, T2, MTS, Yota, and MegaFon. Analysts compared features, registration processes, costs, and usage limits. The index was based on 46 technical characteristics and a survey of 492 mobile users across more than 40 Russian regions.
According to the survey, 45% of users prioritize clear usage limits and free access, while 40% value the availability of web or mobile interfaces. Other key factors included the ability to use services without VPNs and simplified registration. The index specifically measures accessibility rather than the quality of AI responses.
Beeline's beeGPT operates via a web interface and a mobile application, allowing existing customers to access it without separate registration. The service does not require VPNs and does not consume mobile data for subscribers. As of October 19, 2026, it supports music generation and presentation tools.
The platform automatically selects the appropriate neural network for specific tasks, such as coding, text editing, or image processing. This approach aims to reduce barriers for users who find managing multiple AI models complex. The research was conducted in September 2026, involving 1,968 pairwise comparisons of services.
