The financial publication Barron's has revised its previous assessment of the SpaceX and xAI merger, which took place in February. Initially, analysts predicted that the deal would burden SpaceX with significant expenses related to financing the development of the AI business.

Contrary to earlier expectations, the integration of xAI into SpaceX has yielded positive results for shareholders. The company's revenue growth has significantly outperformed initial forecasts from Wall Street, leading to a major revision of both short-term profit projections and long-term cash flow estimates.

Following the successful integration, market experts have updated their outlook for the AI division. Analysts now project that the AI business segment is capable of generating approximately $60 billion in revenue as early as 2027.
