Avanti Group, a Russian developer of robotic systems, is providing 34 Frog ground-based robotic complexes to the Voin Center. The first 10 units were delivered to the center's branch in the Republic of Tatarstan, with the remaining equipment to be distributed across other regional branches in Russia.

The Frog platforms are designed for multifunctional use, including cargo transportation in difficult terrain. The technical specifications include a payload capacity of up to 50 kg, a maximum speed of 25 km/h, and a communication range of up to 10 km.

The Voin Center uses these drones for practical training in unmanned systems. The partnership, which began in 2025, includes a 36-hour educational program on ground-based robotic systems developed with support from Avanti Group.

The drones have previously been utilized in the Path of the Warrior military-tactical competitions. Additionally, the Voin Center's Tatarstan branch has signed a cooperation agreement with the Drone Racing Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan to further promote technical and sports disciplines.
