The Moscow City Psychological and Pedagogical Center has digitized 256,000 document sets to streamline access to records. The project was completed in 2.5 months using the Beorg Smart Vision platform, developed by the Skolkovo resident company Beorg.
The platform processed various document types, including handwritten notes and complex tables, converting them into a unified digital format. The system also performed data normalization, correcting typos and inconsistencies in document numbering before final delivery.
Beorg managed the entire project lifecycle, including document logistics, scanning, and data verification. The implementation allows specialists to retrieve records in seconds, significantly reducing the time previously spent searching through physical archives.
The final deliverable includes a structured, indexed database and a comprehensive registry of all digitized materials. The project adhered to Russian information security and archival regulations, ensuring data confidentiality throughout the process.
