Aston Martin has unveiled the Valhalla Spider, a new variant of its flagship supercar. The model made its global debut at the 2026 Concours at Wynn Las Vegas. It retains the carbon-fiber monocoque of the coupe and features a removable roof, available in standard fabric or optional carbon fiber.
The vehicle is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine paired with three electric motors. This powertrain produces a combined 1,064 horsepower and 1,100 Nm of torque. The car features an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel drive, enabling acceleration to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds.
Performance specifications vary by roof configuration. The top speed is limited to 200 km/h with the fabric roof and 350 km/h with the carbon-fiber option. The vehicle weighs 1,680 kg, which is 25 kg more than the coupe. Active aerodynamics and ESP systems automatically adjust based on the roof position.
The Spider retains dihedral doors with a new frameless design and includes a 35 mm taller roof scoop. Standard equipment features a carbon-fiber Touring Seat, with more aggressive coupe-style seats offered as a no-cost option. Customers can choose from various customization options, including forged aluminum or magnesium wheels.
Aston Martin has not disclosed the pricing or the total production volume for the Valhalla Spider. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in the third quarter of next year. The company expects the production run to be more limited than that of the coupe, which is capped at 999 units globally.
