Amazon has expanded its Bee wearable lineup with two new devices and a subscription service. The Bee Frontier, an updated version of the original wearable, is available now for $74.99. It features dual microphones, IP67 water resistance, and a seven-day battery life. Users can wear it as a wristband or a clip-on pin, and it comes in black, green, and lavender.

The upcoming Bee Eclipse, priced at $99.99, is a credit-card-shaped device that attaches magnetically to smartphones. Designed for professional use, it offers a 21-day battery life and will be available in black, pink, yellow, and silver. Both devices record daily conversations to provide summaries, transcripts, and to-do lists, while using a Private Compute architecture to encrypt data.

Amazon is launching a Bee Pro subscription for $11.99 per month. While the free tier offers 14 days of memory, the subscription provides unlimited summaries, a personal chat assistant, and third-party app integrations. Subscribers also gain access to Amazon and Alexa Plus compatibility, which allows the AI to suggest shopping items or manage calendar invites based on recorded conversations.

The devices are designed to stop recording automatically if no sound is detected. During setup, the AI is trained on the user's voice to differentiate speakers. Amazon stated that the devices do not store raw audio recordings, focusing instead on processing transcripts and summaries to assist users with daily tasks and organization.
