Absolut Bank has implemented a multi-factor authentication (MFA) system for its Moscow office staff to secure internal infrastructure. The project was executed by the system integrator iTProtect.
The security solution is based on the Indeed Access Manager platform, developed by the Russian company Indeed. It provides centralized management for user accounts and access to corporate IT resources.
The integration includes connecting Indeed Access Manager with next-generation firewalls (NGFW) for VPN access. Additionally, Windows Logon and RDP agents were deployed on employee devices.
Users verify their identity through the Indeed Key mobile application, which provides either one-time passwords or push notifications as a second authentication factor.
