London-based fintech unicorn Zilch has announced a move to a new headquarters at 40 Grosvenor Place, scheduled for spring 2027. The company has committed £77 million over the next 10 years for the 33,160-square-foot office space, which will house over 400 employees and double the firm's current capacity.

For the fiscal year ending March 2025, Zilch reported revenue of £110.3 million and a loss of £10.5 million, marking a 79% reduction in losses. Credit-loss provisions increased by 116% to £27.4 million. The company, founded in 2018, currently serves over 5.5 million registered customers.

Zilch maintains a valuation of over $2 billion, established in November 2021. The firm has secured significant funding, including $125 million in debt from Deutsche Bank in June 2024 and over $175 million in debt and equity in November 2025 from investors including KKCG.

The company is preparing for a potential IPO on the London Stock Exchange, with reports suggesting a timeframe between the second half of 2027 and early 2028. Additionally, Zilch is working to acquire Lithuania’s AB Fjord Bank to obtain a European banking license, with the deal expected to close in late 2026.
