Pervy Bit has completed the digital transformation of Yugansky Medical Center in Nefteyugansk. The project involved implementing the BIT.Medical Center Management information system and integrating it with Bitrix24 to unify the center's central polyclinic and over ten remote industrial health posts into a single digital ecosystem.
The implementation followed a phased strategy, starting with a seven-day pilot program at three health posts. Following the successful trial, the system was scaled to cover the entire polyclinic, including registration, laboratory operations, warehouse management, and automated reporting to the Unified State Health Information System (EGISZ).
The new system replaced manual record-keeping and paper logs. Key improvements include automated data transmission to the Regional Center for Occupational Pathology, which previously required manual processing of lists for up to 500 patients. Additionally, the laboratory was fully digitized, connecting nine analyzers and external labs like Helix and AlfaLab directly to patient records.
The integration also streamlined medical examinations for industrial workers. Physicians can now generate protocols with one click, as the system automatically calculates risk scores and populates standard values. Furthermore, the connection with Bitrix24 allows the call center to access patient history and loyalty data to offer personalized services.
Future plans for the medical center include deploying a PACS server for automated MRI and CT scan uploads, as well as implementing an electronic queue system. Pervy Bit intends to replicate this automation model for other private and industrial healthcare providers.
