Yandex has launched Alice AI for Business, an AI assistant designed to handle complex, multi-step corporate tasks. The tool integrates with Yandex 360 services and third-party platforms, including Bitrix24, amoCRM, 1C, and Spark, via a plugin system.
The assistant is currently available to over 185,000 Yandex 360 organizations. New users can access the service by registering in the ecosystem, with a three-month free trial period provided for testing purposes.
The system does not require programming skills or complex prompt engineering. Users can train the AI on internal company documents, such as manuals and price lists, by uploading them to a knowledge base to ensure the assistant follows specific corporate guidelines.
Data security is managed through an administrative control environment that separates personal and professional AI spaces. Yandex plans to release a customizable version in Yandex Cloud soon, allowing for hybrid deployment or installation within a company's own infrastructure.
