Yandex has launched Alice AI for Business, a specialized version of its artificial intelligence assistant designed for corporate tasks. The service is available to Yandex 360 subscribers, with a three-month free trial period offered upon initial registration. Users do not need coding skills or complex setup to begin.
The platform features a 'Tasks' section where the AI can process meeting recordings to extract key points and assign responsibilities to staff. It integrates with Yandex 360 tools such as Mail, Disk, Calendar, Tracker, and Wiki. External integrations currently include Bitrix24, SPARK, amoCRM, and 1C, with plans for further expansion.
Companies can train the assistant by providing access to internal knowledge bases, including manuals, templates, price lists, and brand books. Yandex emphasizes that the business version operates in an isolated environment, separate from the consumer version, ensuring data privacy.
The service is accessible via a web interface at alice.yandex.ru, a mobile app, and a dedicated widget within Yandex Mail. Future updates will include integration with Yandex Cloud to provide additional data protection measures and extended plugin support.
