Yandex B2B Tech has enabled the creation of AI agents within the Yandex AI Studio platform. These agents can be deployed across Telegram, Yandex Messenger, and the Max platform, or embedded as web widgets on corporate websites. Integration requires only a bot token.
Businesses can utilize these AI agents for customer support, product consultations, employee onboarding, and internal document retrieval. Unlike traditional rule-based bots, these agents can independently analyze documents, access external services, and generate responses in text or presentation formats.
The Higher School of Economics has already implemented a Telegram bot for its computer science students using Yandex AI Studio. The bot handles organizational inquiries regarding course selection and documentation, reducing the workload on the university's administrative office.
According to the company, the setup process for the university bot took approximately 20 minutes and required no external development team. The technology is currently being deployed by organizations across the logistics, industrial, and service sectors.
