Spot XRP exchange-traded funds in the United States experienced their first weekly net outflow in three months, concluding a 13-week period of consistent inflows. According to data from SoSoValue, the total net withdrawals for the week of October 12–16 amounted to approximately $1.84 million.
The weekly performance was heavily impacted by a redemption of roughly $2.47 million on Friday, primarily linked to the XRPC product from Canary Capital. Had this specific redemption not occurred, the funds would have recorded a net inflow of approximately $630,000 for the period.
Despite the recent outflows, cumulative net inflows for XRP ETFs remained near $1.8 billion as of mid-October. Market data indicates that the token is currently trading near $1.28, reflecting a decline of 1.60% over the previous 24 hours and a 6.3% move over the past month.
On-chain activity on the XRP Ledger has also shown signs of cooling. On October 17, payment volume dropped to 119.5 million XRP, representing a 72.3% decrease in a single day. This figure is significantly lower than the 30-day average of 629.3 million XRP, according to XRPSCAN.
