Xiaomi has officially confirmed the hardware specifications for the standard version of the Redmi K100 smartphone. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, marking a significant performance upgrade for the series.

A notable addition to the base model is the inclusion of the D2 independent gaming graphics chip. This is the first time the standard Redmi K series has featured a dedicated gaming display processor, aiming to align the gaming experience with the Pro lineup.

The smartphone will feature a 165Hz high-refresh-rate gaming display. According to Lu Weibing, the device is designed to inherit the comprehensive capabilities of the Pro series, including a battery capacity that sets a new record for the K-series.

Leaked information suggests the device will also include a large-sized vibration motor and dual Bose speakers. Industry reports indicate the handset is positioned in the 3500 yuan price segment, focusing on high-end hardware specifications.
