At the XHEART launch event, the company introduced its X7 Ultra processor, specifically engineered for large-scale AI models. CEO Li Zonglin emphasized a design philosophy where the requirements of large models dictate the architecture of the chip, rather than the traditional approach of adapting models to existing hardware.
The X7 Ultra chip delivers 700 TOPS of computing power. According to the company, the processor achieves 99.99% alignment in real-world mass-produced model testing. This performance is intended to address the growing demand for end-to-end large models in autonomous driving systems.
XHEART was founded in 2023 with a focus on reversing the standard development cycle. By analyzing model requirements first, the company aims to optimize data flow, storage, and computing structures. This strategy is designed to ensure the hardware remains compatible with future advancements in AI model evolution.
