Xfactrs has launched an expansion of its revenue tracking software tailored for professional services firms, systems integrators, and technology service providers. The platform aims to address revenue leakage, which can reach up to 25% in services organizations according to industry estimates.

The tool functions by integrating data from various sources, including CRM systems, contracts, project management platforms, ERPs, and invoicing software. It utilizes artificial intelligence and anomaly detection to continuously compare contracted services with actual delivery and billing outcomes.

The company reports that its platform currently monitors millions of transactions. To date, the system has identified more than $50 million in uncollected income across its existing customer base.

The release highlights a broader industry trend toward automation in payment processing. Research indicates that 70% of payment-heavy firms plan to implement or expand automated payment matching within the next 12 months, while 59% intend to adopt AI-based fraud detection.
