The French scale-up Wiremind has secured €35 million in its first external funding round. The investment was led by IronWave, Bpifrance Investissement via its Large Venture fund, and Seaya Andromeda. Despite this infusion of capital, co-founders Colin Girault-Matz and Charles Pierre will maintain majority ownership and operational control of the company.
Founded in 2014, Wiremind spent 12 years operating as a bootstrapped and profitable business. The company provides AI-driven software for the transport sector, including its flagship revenue management system CAYZN. This product has reportedly enabled clients to achieve revenue increases of 5 to 15 percent. In 2025, the annual recurring revenue for CAYZN grew by 81 percent.
Wiremind currently serves over 80 clients, with 23 new customers added in 2025. Overall company revenue grew by 67 percent during the same period. The firm has expanded its product suite to include platforms for inventory management, air cargo, and event ticketing. These tools are designed to optimize capacity and revenue for rail and air operators.
The newly raised funds are earmarked for two primary strategic goals: international expansion and increased investment in artificial intelligence research. Wiremind plans to strengthen its presence in South America and enter the Middle East and APAC regions. These efforts build upon the company’s existing operations in Europe and North America.
