We Fry has finalized the second phase of its logistics software transition, moving to Russian-developed solutions. The project involved replacing foreign software with Axelot WMS and Logareon WCS at a 10,000-square-meter warehouse facility equipped with automated storage and retrieval systems.
The implementation, which concluded in the second quarter of 2026, focused on optimizing crane performance and warehouse management. The company utilized the Datareon integration tool to connect its corporate information system with the new WMS, ensuring seamless data flow across the logistics infrastructure.
The first stage of the transition was completed in the third quarter of 2025. By leveraging the experience gained during the initial phase, the team successfully accelerated the deployment of the second stage, focusing on precise business process adjustments and deep integration with existing workflows.
We Fry currently produces and ships over 7 million portions of frozen French fries daily for major restaurant chains and retail outlets across Russia and the CIS. The new IT architecture, based on open-source systems, ensures operational stability and independence from foreign software providers.
