The implementation center Computers and Networks has completed an automation project for the Russian Resource Company – Siberia. The system, based on 1C:ERP, manages the planning and staffing of production shifts across the enterprise.
The software allows for the configuration of production line schedules, accounting for different line types and operating modes. It also calculates the required number of employees for both day and night shifts by position.
The system automatically generates the actual composition of shifts, including both permanent and outsourced staff. If a personnel shortage is detected, the platform creates a request form for hiring external workers based on the approved shift requirements.
According to Olga Kraskova, HR head at Russian Resource Company – Siberia, the transition from manual planning and time tracking has reduced administrative errors. This shift allows staff to focus on production quality and performance metrics rather than routine documentation.
