VimpelCom, operating under the Beeline brand, has listed its office space in a historic building in central Moscow for auction. The property, located at 1-ya Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, spans 2,900 square meters, representing 29% of the total building area. The auction is scheduled for October 21, 2026, on the lot-online.ru platform.

The starting price for the lot is 1.05 ₽ billion, with a minimum bid set at 735 ₽ million. The auction will follow a Dutch model, meaning the price will decrease during the process. The building itself dates back to 1880 and holds regional cultural heritage status, featuring office-ready interiors and modern ventilation systems.

The company stated that owning real estate is not a core activity for its telecommunications business. By selling assets that are no longer operationally necessary, VimpelCom aims to redistribute capital toward network development, new technologies, and customer service improvements. The firm maintains its main office at the Hermitage Plaza business center.

VimpelCom has a history of managing large-scale office leases, including a significant 2009 agreement for 32,000 square meters that faced financial challenges following the 2014 ruble devaluation. After legal disputes and subsequent lease adjustments, the company moved its primary operations to the Hermitage Plaza and later explored other locations like the Bolshevik complex.
