Trump Mobile has increased the price of its T1 smartphone to $749. The device originally launched at a promotional price of $499, meaning the cost has risen by $250.

The T1 features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, and a 5000 mAh battery supporting 30 W charging. It also includes a 50-megapixel camera and a gold-finish casing.

Company management previously suggested that the initial price was temporary, and all references to promotional pricing have now been removed from the official website.

Market analysts note that the price hike occurs amid a general rise in electronics costs due to memory shortages. The new price point positions the device against flagship models from Apple, Samsung, and Google.

Technical teardowns indicate that the Trump Mobile T1 shares significant similarities with the HTC U24 Pro. This lack of unique design may complicate future sales at the higher price point.
