TransTeleCom (TTK) has introduced a remote control solution for bridge and gantry cranes. The system allows operators to manage equipment from an office environment using an ergonomic console, replacing traditional cabin-based operations.

The solution utilizes secure communication channels, including fiber optics, radio bridges, 5G, Private LTE, or industrial Wi-Fi. It features channel redundancy and traffic prioritization to ensure stable real-time connectivity for industrial sites.

The operator's workstation provides a 360-degree view through machine vision and AI-assisted tools. Safety measures include onboard controllers that halt operations if signal quality degrades, as well as collision avoidance systems and video analytics that block crane movement if personnel are detected in blind spots.

Developed using domestic hardware and software, the system is designed for metallurgy, shipbuilding, ports, and warehouse complexes. It currently supports manual control by certified specialists, with plans to introduce semi-autonomous and fully autonomous modes as regulatory frameworks evolve.
