Brazilian technology firm TOTVS S.A. has launched an AI foundation named LYNN. The platform is designed to help businesses develop AI agents that utilize proprietary operational data. According to the company, its systems currently process approximately 25% of Brazil’s gross domestic product, serving a client base of over 70,000 enterprises.
The company is expanding its business model beyond traditional software by introducing an infrastructure-as-a-service offering. This new service aims to provide performance, security, and scalability across a customer’s entire environment, rather than being limited to existing TOTVS products.
To support this expansion, TOTVS is collaborating with Dell Technologies Inc. The partnership involves testing new technologies and evaluating hardware solutions for compute, storage, and networking. Dell is assisting TOTVS in scaling its infrastructure to meet specific business requirements.
The collaboration addresses previous challenges related to supply constraints and rising costs. Both companies are working to ensure the availability of necessary hardware and to refine the technical specifications of their joint service offerings for the market.
