ThinkingData Information Technology Pte. Ltd. has introduced Agentic Engine, a platform designed for autonomous growth in gaming and consumer sectors. The system utilizes artificial intelligence to manage data tracking, experimentation, and campaign development directly on a client's own infrastructure, including private cloud and on-premises deployments.
The platform aims to reduce the time required for data-tracking implementation from weeks to hours. By automating tasks such as updating tracking plans, rebuilding audience segments, and redesigning campaigns, the engine allows junior staff to generate insights comparable to those of senior analysts, addressing potential revenue leakage caused by slow data processing.
The company developed the engine using behavioral data from over 1,500 enterprises and 8,000 applications. Key clients include Sega, Krafton, Habby, and Century Games. The technology leverages experience from the gaming industry, where rapid reaction times and high-frequency monetization changes are critical to maintaining thin margins.
According to co-founder Chris Han, the primary focus is enabling agents to handle live revenue operations securely. Vice President of Marketing Brandon Nader emphasized that the platform targets the reduction of the time gap between identifying data insights and executing product changes, a process that typically takes teams several weeks.
