Tesla plans to launch the Cybercab on September 3, 2026. This small, two-seat autonomous vehicle is designed as a robotaxi and lacks a steering wheel and pedals to operate without a driver.
Later in September, the company will roll out the Tesla Semi, a fully electric heavy-duty truck. While first unveiled in 2017 and delivered to PepsiCo and Frito-Lay in late 2022, a dedicated high-volume production line began operating in April 2026.
There are rumors regarding the release of the next-generation Tesla Roadster. Designer Franz von Holzhausen stated the hypercar is coming soon, with some expectations pointing to September. The vehicle is intended to feature a SpaceX package for enhanced performance.
The author suggests these launches are intended to boost stock performance and facilitate a potential merger between Tesla and SpaceX. This strategy could benefit Elon Musk personally by triggering stock awards tied to market capitalization.
