The Technopolis Moscow special economic zone has signed partnership agreements with eight Russian regions to advance electric mobility and transport technologies. Deputy Mayor Maxim Liksutov announced that the collaboration aims to strengthen industrial supply chains and foster technological sovereignty across the country.

The initiative involves the Lipetsk, Rostov, Ryazan, Samara, and Ulyanovsk regions, alongside the republics of Chuvashia, Bashkortostan, and Udmurtia. These regions will work with the special economic zone to support scientific and production projects, attract investments, and evaluate new technologies for industrial manufacturing.

The Moscow electric vehicle cluster currently includes over 60 enterprises, with half operating within the Technopolis Moscow facilities. These companies manufacture essential components such as electric drives, lithium-ion batteries, microelectronics, body parts, and laser equipment.
