The support will be delivered through compute credits and specialized AI tools. These resources are designated for more than 15 federal agencies, with priority sectors including national security, energy, health, and space exploration.
The Genesis Mission was established by an executive order on November 24, 2025. In July 2026, the program received $5 billion in federal funding. Combined with private pledges and academic contributions, the total investment in the initiative now exceeds $6 billion.
