New York-based startup Stuut has secured $52.5 million in a Series B funding round led by Insight Partners. The round, which closed within 24 hours, also included participation from Andreessen Horowitz and Microsoft’s venture fund, M12. This investment brings the company’s total funding to $93 million, just 10 months after its $29.5 million Series A round.

Founded in 2024 by Tarek Alaruri, Ben Winter, and Miraj Mohsin, Stuut develops AI agents designed to automate order-to-cash processes. The platform integrates with enterprise resource planning systems, bank accounts, and payment tools to manage collections, disputes, and cash applications. The company reports that 81.7% of its outbound collections activity operates without human intervention, while 95% of incoming payments are matched automatically.

Stuut plans to utilize the new capital to address customer demand and expand its financial infrastructure services, including credit and lending. The company aims to manage the entire transaction lifecycle from initial sale to final payment. Stuut notes that global businesses currently have $16 trillion locked in unpaid receivables, while the accounts receivable financing market is projected to reach $277.68 billion by 2030.

The competitive landscape includes several startups targeting similar financial automation tasks. Recent funding activity in the sector includes Lunos, which raised $5 million in September 2025, and Cleavr, which secured €1 million in March 2026. Additionally, Fazeshift raised $17 million in May 2026, while Procuros closed a €20 million round in October 2026.
