Strive has demonstrated significant performance in the Russell 2000 index over the past month. According to Chief Risk Officer Jeff Walton, the company is currently on track to double its Bitcoin holdings approximately every 12 weeks.
The firm recently reported that its balance sheet has reached a total strength of $2.5 billion. Strive utilizes common stock and preferred ATMs to fund its ongoing Bitcoin accumulation strategy.
Walton also addressed the status of $700 million in warrants set to expire on October 13. He discussed the implications of their potential exercise for the company's leverage and future product development.
The company maintains a Bitcoin hurdle rate ranging from 25 to 50 percent. Walton noted that Strive continues to monitor systemic credit risks that he believes are currently underpriced by the broader market.
