Strategy has resumed its Bitcoin acquisition strategy following a two-week hiatus. The company purchased 950 BTC for $75.7 million, with an average price of $79,670 per coin. This transaction increases the firm's total holdings to 846,000 BTC, which were acquired for a total of approximately $63.8 billion at an average cost of $75,416 per unit.

Alongside its Bitcoin purchases, Strategy continues to manage its preferred stock obligations. During the same week, the company repurchased approximately 1.77 million shares of its STRC preferred stock for $174 million. The firm maintains $875.1 million available for its preferred-stock buyback program and $1 billion for its MSTR share repurchase initiative.

Financial data indicates shifts in the company's liquidity position. The USD Cash balance decreased by nearly 20% to $1.05 billion, while the USD Reserve fell to $5.04 billion. The latter reduction includes $57.4 million allocated for preferred-stock dividends and debt interest payments. No funds were raised via at-the-market offerings between September 14 and September 20.

Market reaction to these developments was positive, with Strategy shares rising 7.4% to $165.2 in pre-market trading. Additionally, Strive, the fifth-largest corporate Bitcoin holder, reported adding 1,355 BTC to its portfolio last week, bringing its total holdings to 26,355 coins. Strive shares also saw an increase of 6.44%, reaching $32.03.
