Engineering company Sovtest-ATE has completed a project to automate its project management processes. The initiative was implemented by the IT integrator Pervy Bit, which integrated the 1C:PM Project Management solution with existing 1C:ERP and 1C:Document Management systems.

The transition to a unified digital management model resulted in a 15% reduction in operating expenses and a 10% decrease in production costs. Additionally, the company accelerated order fulfillment by 17% and improved labor productivity by 6%.

The project also significantly optimized administrative workflows, with the time required to prepare management reports decreasing by 70%. The implementation involved migrating historical project data, including task structures and documents, into the new system.

Previously, the company relied on disconnected systems, including spreadsheets for procurement tracking and separate platforms for ERP and document workflows. The new centralized environment now provides real-time visibility into employee workloads and procurement statuses.

The project received recognition in the 1C:Project of the Year competition in the Project and Portfolio Management category. This digital transformation serves as a foundation for further scaling and improving resource planning accuracy across the company.
