Hong Kong-based fintech firm Solowin Holdings, listed on NASDAQ as AXG, is expanding its AI and computing infrastructure in the US. The company established a new division, AXG Digital, in Utah in August 2026. Its primary objective is to achieve over 100 megawatts of operational capacity for AI and high-performance computing by 2028.
The company maintains a global development pipeline exceeding 1 gigawatt of potential capacity across the US, Europe, and sub-Arctic regions. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, Solowin reported revenue of approximately $28 million, representing a nearly 10-fold year-on-year increase.
Solowin operates under a dual-pillar strategy. The first pillar focuses on stablecoin issuance and real-world asset tokenization, while the second, powered by the KOVAR platform, provides enterprise AI infrastructure. The firm utilizes modular technology and regions with low electricity costs and natural cooling to optimize data center operations.
The company holds a full license and Sharia certification for its stablecoin operations in Bahrain. Strategic partnerships include a memorandum of understanding with EvolveQ for AI-quantum computing integration and previous collaboration with SC Ventures on AI-driven payment solutions.
Solowin originated from the 2016 establishment of the brokerage Solomon JFZ. Following a merger with AlloyX Group, the company rebranded to AXG in October 2025. Future growth depends on capital expenditure, construction timelines, and securing long-term customer contracts for its infrastructure projects.
