The Skorozvon service, built on the Naumen Contact Center platform, has updated its AI-Trainer tool. Managers can now assign training sessions to employees as formal tasks, allowing for better oversight of staff development.
To set up a task, a manager selects a training scenario, assigns it to specific individuals, groups, or entire departments, and defines the required number of sessions. The system automatically notifies employees via email with a direct link to the training module.
This update replaces the previous manual workflow, which required managers to coordinate training and track progress independently. The new interface provides a centralized dashboard to monitor completion rates, identify pending tasks, and review performance results.
According to product lead Karina Vasilyeva, the feature aims to ensure training consistency. Managers can now align learning activities with specific business goals, such as onboarding new hires or implementing updated call scripts, and measure the impact on actual agent performance.
