Sberbank has introduced a new AI maturity assessment model as part of its AI-Disrupt PDLC methodology. Developed by the SberTech subsidiary, the framework allows companies to evaluate their readiness for integrating intelligent agents into software development and maintenance processes.
The assessment covers eight key areas, including strategy, DevOps, testing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. It categorizes organizational maturity into six levels, ranging from zero to innovative, providing a structured approach to identifying growth areas across the entire product lifecycle.
Companies can access a free express assessment on the aipdlc.ru portal, which takes between 15 and 30 minutes to complete. The tool provides a maturity score along with actionable recommendations for process improvements and strategic development.
The model was created in collaboration with partners Logrocon, red_mad_robot, and Axenix. According to SberTech, the framework is designed to help management teams make informed investment decisions and measure the actual effectiveness of their AI implementation efforts.
