Salesforce has launched AIforce, an interface layer designed to integrate company platform capabilities directly into external AI agent workflows. The system provides business logic, security, and governance, allowing users to access Salesforce data without needing to open the main application.

The release includes three primary components: Claudeforce, Slackforce, and Agentforce Coworker. Claudeforce, developed with Anthropic, offers 37 prebuilt sales skills and 40 development skills via a Claude Code plug-in. Slackforce enables interactive interfaces within Slack, while Agentforce Coworker functions as an AI teammate that operates across devices.

Slack CRM with Slackforce allows users to manage Salesforce records, such as creating accounts or logging call notes, directly from Slack conversations. The system is built upon the Headless Toolkit, an open architecture introduced by Salesforce in March to provide developers with access to platform APIs and tools.

The new AgentExchange ecosystem serves as a marketplace for partners to build and deploy agents, workflows, and integrations. Current participants in this network include Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, Google, Lovable Labs, Vercel, DocuSign, and OpenAI.
