Salesforce announced expanded strategic partnerships with AWS and Google Cloud at the Dreamforce 2026 conference. The initiative aims to integrate CRM data and AI agents directly into public cloud environments to streamline enterprise workflows.

The AWS integration allows Amazon Q to access live Salesforce CRM data via the Model Context Protocol. Additionally, the AWS DevOps Agent is being added to Slack, while the Agentforce platform gains access to foundation models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Nvidia through Amazon Bedrock.

Salesforce is also deploying its Hyperforce framework on Google Cloud, which is currently supporting live customer traffic with broader migrations expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The collaboration with Google Cloud includes integrating Salesforce CRM data and Tableau analytics into the Gemini Enterprise platform. This allows users to perform tasks such as sales pipeline checks and case triage directly within Gemini.

Furthermore, Salesforce is connecting its Commerce Cloud with the Universal Commerce Protocol. This update enables consumers to discover and purchase products directly through Google Search or Gemini, utilizing Salesforce infrastructure for payment processing.
