Singapore-based ride-hailing and delivery company Ryde Group Ltd has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with infrastructure firm Dimension AI Pte. Ltd. The partnership aims to explore the development of a GPU-as-a-Service platform. The agreement was officially signed on November 5, 2026.
The collaboration is part of Ryde's broader corporate strategy, known as Ryde 2.0, which focuses on integrating AI capabilities into its existing mobility and delivery operations. Dimension AI is expected to provide technical expertise in AI infrastructure, while Ryde contributes its commercial network and operational experience.
The figure of $278 million represents a preliminary estimate of the total capital required to establish the platform over an initial three-year period. Both companies clarified that this amount is a cost projection rather than a revenue forecast or a firm financial commitment.
The memorandum of understanding does not obligate either party to invest funds or proceed with the project. The potential collaboration remains subject to further assessments, and a definitive agreement would be required for any development to move forward.
