RuDesktop and SimpleOne have launched a joint integration via a connector developed by NAS Technologies. The solution is now available on the SimpleOne marketplace and aims to streamline IT asset management.
The connector automatically synchronizes data from RuDesktop, including device details and software configurations, into the SimpleOne CMDB. This provides support teams with real-time context for incident and change management.
The system supports automated updates, manual triggers, and data filtering. It can identify new configuration items, map them to existing records, and handle duplicate objects to maintain data accuracy.
The solution is designed for large-scale infrastructures and has been tested with hundreds of thousands of configuration items. Implementation typically takes between one and two weeks.
Future updates will allow users to launch remote desktop sessions and execute tasks directly from the SimpleOne interface. NAS Technologies handles the deployment and technical support for the integration.
