The MEDSI Group, a private clinic network, has transitioned its HR document management to the HRlink platform. The company operates over 143 clinics in Russia and abroad, employing more than 15,000 staff members.
Previously, HR documentation was handled through fragmented channels, including email, scans, and SMS. The new system allows for mobile access, enabling employees to sign documents and submit requests remotely without needing a dedicated office computer.
The implementation was carried out in stages, starting with the central office and expanding to clinics in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The IT team deployed HRlink on local servers and integrated it with the company's existing infrastructure, including 1C software.
Following the transition, over 70% of HR processes have been digitized. The time required to onboard a new employee has been reduced from 1.5–2 hours to 45 minutes, and staff now have access to a centralized digital archive for their records.
