The Rosel holding is expanding its production facilities for quartz crystal components, specifically resonators and oscillators. The project aims to accelerate the import substitution of foreign analogs and reduce the cost of domestic electronic components.
The company is increasing output for miniature surface-mount devices. The production focus includes components with dimensions of 5.0 by 3.2 mm, 3.2 by 2.5 mm, and 2.5 by 2.0 mm. These parts are designed for automated assembly lines in compact electronic devices.
These quartz components are essential for frequency stability and synchronization in processors, communication modules, and automotive control units. They are also used in navigation systems, routers, and industrial automation equipment.
Rosel currently manufactures various types of quartz resonators, as well as clock and temperature-compensated oscillators. The current expansion phase targets the mass civil market to lower unit production costs and improve competitiveness.
