Robutler secured $400 000 in its first institutional funding round led by ZAS Ventures. The capital injection, sourced from the firm's Fund I and Fund II, will support the development of a platform that functions as a collaborative library for professional-grade applications. These tools cover areas ranging from document management and design to video editing and project management.
The platform operates on a model where creators publish applications, allow others to remix them, and receive revenue shares based on usage. CEO Volodymyr Seliuchenko describes the service as the YouTube of software, emphasizing a shift from traditional software rentals to community-driven development. All applications on the platform are currently free for users.
The underlying infrastructure includes a Web of Agents, which allows AI agents to discover and collaborate with one another using natural language. The system integrates with external assistants such as Claude and Codex. Robutler has filed three patent applications related to agent discovery, trust ranking, and usage attribution, and has developed open protocols like Agent OAuth and UAMP.
ZAS Ventures, founded by Ukrainians and based in the US, has supported over 25 companies since 2023. The firm was recognized as Investor of the Year 2025 by the Ukrainian Startup Fund. Its long-term strategy involves backing Ukrainian-founded startups with the goal of fostering 30 unicorns by 2034, while providing operational support and access to advisor networks.
