Regsensor, a resident of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, has launched the production of intelligent pressure sensors. The project investment exceeded 200 ₽ million. The company plans to manufacture up to 50,000 units annually for the oil, gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors.
The sensors utilize a monocrystalline silicon measuring cell, achieving a minimum error rate of 0.025%. In comparison, standard devices typically range from 0.04% to 1%. The manufacturing process incorporates mechanical assembly, calibration, marking, temperature testing, and robotic quality control systems.
The company intends to expand its product line by launching an assembly line for valve blocks compatible with all sensor types. Additionally, the manufacturer plans to begin production of models featuring remote diaphragms to further support industrial process management.
