Rabota.ru has integrated the GigaChat neural network, developed by Sberbank, into its platform. The new AI assistant is now accessible to users through both the company's mobile application and its official website.
The assistant is designed to support job seekers throughout their entire search process. It provides guidance on creating resumes, preparing for interviews, and navigating the platform's features and settings.
Users can access the tool via an icon located in the bottom right corner of the interface. The AI functions as a chatbot, allowing users to ask questions in natural language, request resume reviews, or draft cover letters without leaving the platform.
Vyacheslav Bondarenko, CEO of Rabota.ru and Director of Corporate Development at Sberbank, stated that the integration aims to streamline the job search process by providing quick and accurate responses to user inquiries.
