Hamburg-based software developer Procuros has secured €20 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by XAnge, with participation from existing backers Point Nine, Creandum, and b2venture, alongside several angel investors.
The company provides an AI-native platform designed to streamline supply chain data exchange. Its infrastructure replaces traditional electronic data interchange and manual processes, such as handling PDFs and spreadsheets, by creating a unified data layer for trading partners.
The platform allows businesses to connect once to exchange data with multiple partners, regardless of their specific technical systems or formats. This common data layer also supports AI agents in automating supply chain transactions and managing workflows.
Procuros plans to utilize the new capital to scale its go-to-market operations and accelerate international expansion. The company aims to move beyond its current presence in the DACH region to establish its model in global B2B trade markets.
